Have a Dedicated Workspace
You should have a place in your home that is designated as your workspace. It does not have to be an entire room. A desk in a corner of a room will work fine. Your family should be told not to disturb you when you are in that place. A space of your own will help you to concentrate on work.
Maintain Healthy Habits
Make sure you are getting enough sleep and are eating healthy food. Being at home can mean constant snacking. This will not be good for your health. Eat healthy foods, and have set times for eating. Schedule your sleep, too, so that you don’t get burned out.
Keep a To-Do List
It is harder to focus at home, without the cues that your brain receives from the office routine. To stay productive, keep a to-do list of all your tasks. This will keep you focused on what you need to do. Checking off your tasks as you do them will give you positive reinforcement.
